Life doesn’t always unfold in the way we expected. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply aware that something isn’t sitting quite right anymore. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to work it through on your own.

I offer a calm, supportive counselling space where you can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing and begin to understand yourself more clearly. My approach is person-centred, which means our work together is guided by you, your pace, your needs and what feels most important in your life right now.

I work with adults navigating grief and loss, significant life changes and the unique experiences of being a neurodivergent adult. While each of these areas has its own focus, they often overlap. Many people I support are carrying a mixture of emotions, pressures, and questions about who they are and what they need next.

Together, we can gently explore what’s been weighing on you, build greater self-understanding, and help you move forward in a way that feels more manageable and more like you.
